Editorial standard
Accessibility
Access is part of the editorial standard for Hollywood Evolves.
Last updated August 30, 2026
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes current practices; it is not a legal certification or a guarantee of complete compliance.
Practices we test
- Keyboard access, logical focus order, and visible focus indicators.
- Semantic landmarks, headings, labels, accessible names, and image alternatives.
- Text contrast, 44-by-44 CSS-pixel interactive targets, and content that does not rely on color alone.
- Zoom, small-screen reflow, and horizontal-overflow behavior.
- Reduced-motion preferences, forced-colors mode, and common screen-reader semantics.
Testing limits
Automated and manual testing can identify many barriers but cannot prove complete conformance. Google-hosted fonts may be blocked or unavailable; readable system-font fallbacks remain in place.
Current scope
Keyboard, viewport, reduced-motion, and automated accessibility checks cover the homepage and these legal pages. Browser-local YES and NO controls remain usable when storage is unavailable.
